Welcome to the Division of Neuromuscular Disease within the Ken and Ruth Davee Department of Neurology at the Feinberg School of Medicine. We strive to diagnose and treat all diseases of peripheral nerves and muscles. We utilize advanced electrodiagnostic and imaging technologies, collaborate with many Departments within Feinberg, and coordinate care with the Shirley Ryan Ability lab.
Our physicians, nurses, and therapists work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary clinics caring for individuals with a broad array of inflammatory, genetic, and metabolic motor neuron, nerve, and muscle diseases. We partner with the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy, the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association, and the Les Turner ALS Center to aide in the care of our patients.
Our ultimate goal is to eradicate nerve and muscle diseases; clinical and basic science research is the foundation for achieving this goal. We are committed to translating what we learn at the lab bench into new therapies.
We welcome your interest in our division. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
